Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SmrtFlo. By using SmrtFlo, you agree to these Terms. If you use SmrtFlo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to connect the relevant Google account and use the service for that organization.

Service Description

SmrtFlo provides inbox workflow tools, Gmail triage, category management, routing, AI tagging, AI reply assistance, summaries, task creation, calendar availability, reminders, and related productivity features. SmrtFlo may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Google Account Access

SmrtFlo requires Google OAuth authorization for features that access Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, profile, or related Google account data. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested by Google before approving access. You may revoke SmrtFlo access through your Google Account permissions.

You authorize SmrtFlo to take actions you request or configure, including reading email workflow information, applying labels, marking messages read, drafting or sending replies, creating tasks, creating or updating calendar events, and running configured background processes.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you send, route, tag, delete, forward, classify, summarize, or otherwise process through SmrtFlo. You must not use SmrtFlo to violate law, infringe rights, send abusive or deceptive messages, access accounts without authorization, or interfere with the service.

AI Features

SmrtFlo uses AI to assist with workflows, but AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated text, tags, route decisions, summaries, tasks, recommendations, replies, and forwarding content before relying on them or sending them. SmrtFlo does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

Background Processes

SmrtFlo includes background processes such as inbox sync, important tagging, auto categorization, auto routing, AI response preparation, workflow syncing, reminders, and route-all jobs. These processes may be delayed, retried, skipped, or interrupted due to account permissions, provider limits, network errors, service availability, user settings, or operational controls.

Privacy

SmrtFlo's collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using SmrtFlo, you authorize the processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy and as needed to provide the service.

Availability and Changes

SmrtFlo is provided on an as-available basis. The service may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, or changed without notice. SmrtFlo may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using SmrtFlo at any time and revoke Google access through your Google Account. SmrtFlo may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued operation becomes impractical.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmrtFlo is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. SmrtFlo does not guarantee that email classification, routing, AI output, sync, reminders, or task and calendar actions will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmrtFlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or email workflow mistakes. SmrtFlo's total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to SmrtFlo in the three months before the claim or USD $100.
